She is very patient, empathetic and highly professional. The sessions had helped me a lot when I felt I was totally stuck in a loop. I've never felt judged or conscious while I share my thoughts in the session which I think is very important. Iam able to manage my anxiety and compulsive behaviours in a much better way now.

Therapy is a beautiful experience and Varsha has made this journey more amaizing and easy for me. She helps me recognize the roots of my problems.
